System Upgrade Information

To better serve you and improve our business processes, we are implementing a significant upgrade to our systems.  Please review the following important details:

Intuit Express Web Connect Users: Prior to Friday, April 5:

  • InstructionsQuicken(Windows)  •  Quicken(Mac)   •   Mint    •   Quickbooks Online    •   Post-Conversion Troubleshooting Guide
  • April 5, 2019: Connect your Intuit product to Farmers Online Banking for final download
  • On or after April 5: Disconnect your Farmers Online Banking from Intuit product
  • On or after April 15: Reconnect your Farmers Online Banking to Intuit product
  • IMPORTANT: Intuit aggregation services (Express Web Connect) will be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. Intuit product users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services will not work during the outage:
    · Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect · QuickBooks Online (QBO)· Mint (Please instruct users to not open Mint for 3-5 business days after the conversion to ensure the Mint product is properly updated. No additional action should be required.)


  • All branch transactions received before 6:00 PM will be posted same day.
  • Personal Online Banking will be set to inquiry only mode at 3:45 PM until Monday, April 8.
  • Business Online Banking will be unavailable at 3:45 PM until Monday, April 8.
  • Effective, April 5, "business day" will refer to all weekdays the Bank is open for business until 6:00pm EST for all in-person and online transactions. Prior to this change, the business day ended at 4:00pm EST. This 4:00pm cutoff will still apply to mobile banking deposits.


  • All Offices will be closed on Saturday, April 6.


  • Offices will be open for business as usual.
  • Online Banking Access:
    • All online banking users will need to set up new multi-factor authentication (MFA) questions the first time you access your online banking account, beginning Monday, April 8.
    • If you have online banking saved as a bookmark in your web browser, the link will need to be updated. Please access online banking at www.farmersnb.com
