What is Mobile Banking? How is it different from Online Banking?

  • The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton mobile banking app is a condensed version of our current Online Banking service. Mobile Banking is a personal financial account management service that allows you to view your Farmers account balances and recent account activity, and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other wireless devices (collectively called, “Mobile Devices”).

 Do I need a FNBE Online Banking account to use Mobile Banking?

  • Yes, Mobile Banking uses the same settings as Online Banking so you will need to register your accounts in Online Banking and set your ID, password and Bill Pay settings. Visit www.farmersnb.com and select Enroll Now on the homepage for Online Banking registration.

What can I do on Farmers Mobile Banking Service?

  • View account balance
  • Mobile Deposit
  • Review transaction history by account or across all accounts
  • Transfer within your account and cross account transfers
  • Pay Bills – view history, make payments and more
  • Contact Farmers National Bank via call or email
  • Find Offices and ATM locations near you
  • Read recent Farmers National Bank news releases and more

 Is there a cost for Mobile Banking?

  • No, Farmers Mobile Banking service is free and there are no usage fees. Standard text messaging & data rates apply from your communication service provider. Customers should consult their service provider contract.

Is it secure to use?

  • Yes, Farmers National Bank's Mobile Banking App is secure. No account information is stored on your mobile device. All of the security features available in Online Banking are in place to safeguard your privacy and protect your account information. Furthermore, during your initial login with Mobile Banking, you will be asked a security question.  See our Online Banking Service Agreement for full terms and conditions.

 What should I do if I lose my phone?

  • If your phone is lost or stolen, call 877.862.9270 or contact your local office to deactivate your account.

 I’m having trouble with the Registration Process, what do I do?

  • If you are experiencing an error with logging in for the first time, your Online Banking ID or password may be invalid or expired. Please contact our support team by calling 877.862.9270.

Can I access Bill Pay with Mobile Banking? How?

  • Yes, you will need to set up your account and payees in Online Banking, but once established, you can pay bills & check the status with your mobile device. Once you establish Bill Pay in Online Banking, you can access it through your app by selecting “Bill Pay” on the navigation bar.

Can I conduct Financial Institution to Financial Institutions (FI to FI) Transfers in Mobile Banking?

  • No, these are considered riskier transactions and can only be conducted with additional validation within Online Banking. You can, however, transfer funds to other Farmers National Bank accounts through Mobile Banking. 

Will Farmers National Bank Mobile Banking offer Remote Deposit Capture?

  • Remote Deposit Capture allows you to use the camera on your smartphone to take a picture of a check and have it deposited into your Farmers account.

 What is the Mobile Banking App for Farmers National Bank?

  • Farmers National Bank customers can download the Mobile Banking app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Type “Emlenton” into the store’s search bar to reveal the mobile app. Once downloaded, members can click on the Farmers Mobile App to access their Farmers accounts via their iPhone, iPod or Android device.
