Consumer Loan Financial Assistance Options

We understand that you may be experiencing financial hardships due to the current economic environment as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We may be able to provide you some financial flexibility by offering you the following options to assist with your loan payments.

CFPB-CARES-Act

Consumer Loan Payment Deferral - Allows you to skip 100% of the contractual principal and interest due. We will offer up to three months of loan payment deferrals, without credit bureau impact.

Consumer Loan Extension – allows you to pay the interest portion only of your payment due. We will offer up to three months of interest only payments, without credit bureau impact.

These options are available on the following loan types:

  • Home equity loan
  • Home equity line of credit
  • Home mortgage
  • Installment loan (personal, auto, etc.)

To take advantage of either of these options, please click here to complete and submit the hardship request form. Forms can be emailed to hardshiprequest@farmersnb.com. You will be contacted by a loan advisor within three business days of receipt. If you prefer to call and speak to a representative now, please call 877-862-9270, option #5. You will not be charged as a result of any of these loan deferment options.
