As a current bill pay user, will my account and payments be transferred over to the new bill pay system?

  • Yes, the majority of your payees will be converted to the new system. On occasion, a payee address may be changed to the address that is available through the new bill payment service. For local businesses, be sure to verify the address transferred over correctly. You will be able to manually update the address on the account if a change was made. This can be performed by selecting the Biller Name under the “Manage My Bills” option.

Who should I contact if I cannot access my bill pay account?

  • If you are having difficulty accessing your bill pay account, please contact a customer service representative by calling 877.862.9270 during normal business hours.

Who should I contact if there is an error with a payee listed on my account?

  • Once we have moved to the new bill payment service it will be very important that you login to the new site and ensure that all of your payee information is accurate.  If you need immediate assistance, please contact a customer service representative by calling 877.862.9270 during normal business hours.

Will the history of my payments be converted to the updated system?

  • History of your payments from the past six months will be converted to the new system. If needed, you may go to your current payment history listing and print off any history you think you may need that is prior to the past six months.

How do I access the new bill pay product?

  • Consumer – After logging into Online Banking, bill payment will be available under the “Accounts” tab
    Business – After logging into Online Banking, bill payment will be available under “Management Tools”

Will I have to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the new bill pay product?

  • The first time you log into bill pay, you will be asked to accept Terms and Conditions of the Bill Payment Service. Please review the Terms and Conditions carefully as they have been updated.
