Important COVID-19 update for The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton - April 7, 2020

As we continue to navigate through these uncertain times, the safety and security of our customers, employees and communities remain our top priorities. As an essential business, we remain dedicated to providing you with regular updates on the efforts we are taking to stop the spread of the virus while continuing to serve you with as minimal disruption as possible.

Until further notice, the following adjustments have been made:

Temporary adjustments to our Retail Branch Network:

  • All of our branch locations are operating primarily in a drive-thru only mode. Appointments for safe deposit box access, loan closings and transactions unable to be conducted through the drive-thru are available.
  • Ridgway and South Side offices do not have drive-thru capabilities but the lobbies are available on an appointment only basis.
  • Please visit our website at Farmers Locations and Hours to find a list of all of our locations, business hours and phone numbers. We will have employees available to help you during normal business hours.

Furthering the mission of keeping customers and communities healthy, we encourage you to take advantage of the tools and resources available for self-service banking and 24/7 account access through our online, mobile and telephone banking services. You are conveniently able to check your balances, transfer funds, make deposits, make loan payments, pay bills and review your transaction history.

We are pleased to announce that you may now open new deposit accounts online. Log in to online banking, click on the “Accounts” tab. Below the listing of your current accounts you will see a link to “Open a new account”. With just a few simple clicks, your new account will be opened.

Our ATM fleet has been updated to accept cash and check deposits at certain locations. Visit ATM locations for details.

We continue to monitor this situation closely and will evaluate the need for additional measures if necessary.

We are doing all we can to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This is what is socially responsible, and we will continue to do whatever we can to dampen the spread of the virus in the interest of returning to normalcy.

Thank you for choosing Farmers. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve your financial needs.
